Dominion Towers is a good apartment to live in. The staff is great and very helpful. We have lived here for ten months but i am moving out because of job transfer but if i could stay i would. Maintence is friendly as well. Everytime i have a request it gets done by the end of the day, they try to be very quick.


The renovation in the building are great, as well the building is very clean i always see Custiodians cleaning.

I must ammend my previous comments as my one concern has come true. The friendly staff has recently been mostly replaced with some extremely rude scumbags. The worst of them is this lady named Monisa Brown. She is quite possibly the rudest, most unprofessional piece of trash I've ever met in my life. Yesterday I witnessed her berate a tennant for apparently no reason. That tennant clearly did not speak much english. I've had numerous run-ins with this person, in which case she was completely rude and inconsiderate. In my most recent run-in with her she flat lied to my face about not having something and refused to check. She did this with two potential renters, who promptly left, deciding not to rent. This employee is a scumbag and frankly is a perfect representative of how the JBG company is performing. The only two employees in the company that are worth anything are Christine (the assistant manager) and Jessica (leasing consultant), who are both very friendly and go out of their way to help tennants as much as possible. I really feel sorry for the both of them and hope they search out and find better jobs. Their co-workers, especially Monisa Brown, are ghetto trash and frankly, if they ever worked for me would be fired, immediately, on-the-spot.
