I got a remodeled unit on the eight floor with a view of DC. I loved the floor plan with the bar at the kitchen; I didn't even bother getting a dining table. It's a concrete tower so it's pretty quiet. The store in the basement is extremely convenient and there is a valet also. Withing ten minutes you can be in the heart of DC, whether it's Georgetown or somewhere on 14th st. It is perhaps one of the more affordable properties in Arlington. However, some of the fixtures used for the remodeling could have been better and my shower was a little problematic at times (the valves would come loose). Sometimes the elevators would get a little dirty. Overall, very decent and fairly affordable considering an extremely convenient location.
