i just moved here 6months ago when soloman was the manager :) and now this new manager is taking over and running everything. He is horrible HORRIBLE HORRIBLE <--i can not stress it enough! i have never even met the guys he doesnt greet anyone! the staff here use to be cheerfull with a smile everyday but sense this new manager came along all see is the staff STRESSED OUT you can see it in there face they are going through hell because everyone takes all his stupid decisions and everyone yells at them about it because they have to inforce it! when i first moved in i was told utilites were include and out of knowhere i get this letter at my door say a decision was mad that utilities are no longer included with rent and now u have to pay for ur own utillities wtf! yet they didnt bother to lower the rent!!! then i found rats in my apartment grossssss i know.. and now they have his new thing its just great listent to this: so there is about 840 apartments in this complex o.k ..and heres another one of this new managers brilliant ideas THEY WILL NO LONGER issue more then FOUR parking passes a day (so of the 840 residences here only FOUR people will have a visitor parking)so if mom wants to come over or any family or friends want to stop by that would b just fine IF THEY DONT MIND GETTING TOWED! its horrible its first come first served so by 9am the parking passes are gone! plus a two bed room is 1.760 a month! way to much money to be dealing with so much --------!!! the only people not effected by this i think is maintenece they continue to be very nice to every one! they need to fire the stupid new manager and get things back to the way they were! the staff looks fed up i hope they dont leave they are our only hope to living here some what happily! as soon as my lease is up im OUT OF HERE!!!!!!

I agree the management are horrorable they always try and find ways to get into eveyones living expenses those -------s charge people things that should be included with the rent like the use of the swimming pool,bussiness ctr mini market and weightroom and the now wanna charge utilites witch they will add in with the rent well I did the right thing witch was get the hell out asap
