I lived at Dorchester Towers for a little over a year and a half. When I first moved in, management was wonderful with quick replies and speedy fixes. After a while tho, it was like the management just stopped caring about what was going wrong. We had a toilet flood (because it rained a lot) and had a huge problem with ants/bugs coming out of the base of the toilet. It took 4 or 5 different attempts to make them come out and fix it, and finally it took me scooping some of these creepy crawlies into a bag and putting them on the front desk. The AC broke several times and flooded our living room, the front/rear doors were seldom secure, the only real perk is that you don't have to pay for utilities plus the roof top garden is beautiful.
