Large rooms good parking

Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2007
 
I have lived here for 17 years. The apartments are large. My complaints are that the windows and sliding glass doors should have been replaced 10 years ago. They are single pane allunium frame. They waste more energy than a small country. I ues a wood brace to keep the sliding glass door shut. Utils are included but we all pay for it.
