I lived at Dorchester for 4 years. I promised Nick that I would write a good review about it but I slacked off. After looking at many apartments in Arlington, Dorchester was hands down the best. The price was so affordable for the GIGANTIC 2 bedroom apartment me and my roomate were going to rent. If there was ever a maintenance problem which there rarely ever was maintenance was on it. There was never any delay. It was always fixed the same day. I miss it very much and I miss Arlington just as much. To anyone thinking about moving to that area, I DEFINITELY recommend Dorchester Towers!

I wouldn't call Dorchester Towers the best. The elevator breaks down almost weekly on the weekends, mice and ants live here too, and when fios put up the new wiring they used plastic molding to cover it. Now the plastic molding is coming down in places and I guess maintenance is using black masking tape to hold up the pieces. The apartments are good size and the rent is very low for the area. Nice views, nice pool, and beautiful rooftop garden. If you are ok w/ ants, mice, coined laundry machines, and breaking elevators - than Dorchester Towers is the place for you. This bldg has nice features but also has its downfalls.
