I lived in Dorchester Towers for about 1-1/2 years, and really enjoyed it. The building and grounds were extremely well maintained; loved the pool and the rooftop garden, and my apartment was in great shape. I always found the office staff to be extremely helpful, courteous, and responsive. The location was convenient to bus lines and the Metro, as well as to grocery stores and other conveniences; I drove into DC each day for work, and the commute was effortless. Parking could get tight sometimes late at night, but I always managed to find a spot eventually. The flexibility of the month-to-month lease was really a bonus. If I was moving back to the area, I'd definitely look at Dorchester Towers again.
