Positives
Excellent view from beautifully maintained roof top garden (great if you like reading books & taking in a view)
Nice looking units
Plenty of closet space even in an efficiency
Laundry & trash facilities on every floor
Maintenance responses quickly
Negatives
Office staff does not seem to take 20 somethings seriously and can be rude
Kind of expensive I pay $1,100 a month for a 525 sq foot efficiency and there are apartments with better looking exteriors and hallways for less within a mile
Hallways are a weird mixture of a pale seafoam green, dark forest green trim & burgundy carpet
Exterior has a few unsightly but small rust spots
Lots of maintenance issues this could be because of the 20 something thing I don't think they prepared the apartment as well for me as they would have if I were older. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

I don't think it is a bad place to live which is why I recommend it on my rating. The hallways are not that big of a deal to me (I knew about it when I moved in) but it can be a big deal to people who like to entertain which is why I mentioned it. Also I think the maintenance staff is pretty good they are fast,very nice, & knowledgeable.

My suggestion is MOVE! The price is excellent yeah the hallways suck so! do you live in the hall? What is this about the people dont take 20 somethings seriously? grow up act a bit mature and maybe they would! Nick and Darling have always been nice and accomodating to us. Maybe you shoudl check out your attiturde "Mr or Miss 20 something".
It is a good place to live and pretty quiet
the rent if very affordable and the maintenance staff is okay not the best, but okay!

I don't live here and I didn't write the original post, but I found that last Anonymous post to be extremely rude. I just thought the reviewer was being honest. Really you post just made me not want to be your neighbor. I'll look elsewhere.
