I have been living here since may 2006 and have had no problems at all. I love this place and won't move. I did lots of searching to find a place in arlington and this is the best deal around. Free utilities. and they pick your trash up at your dooor every morning.

Only thing you give up is certain luxaries like a washer and dryer in your unit, dishwasher, controlling the heat, and having to use a window unit AC unit. But for me, i don't need those things.

Any maintenance problems have been answered that day.

Neighbors are all nice, and i never see anyone hanging around to make me feel unsafe. I can go out at 2am and not be scared.

They keep the grounds perfect. It reminds me of a college campus.


Parking can suck at night. all the spots are filled. but it is free to park on Walter Reed and i always find a spot there.


Also, No roaches seen in my building ever. There are ones at the trash stations which are in the back of the property and not even connected to the apartment buildings.

all in all i love it here and will stay until i can afford a house.
