I moved here right out of school - and its been my best first apartment. Especially when compared to other living situations I know of.
Rental office - the ladies there are incredibly helpful and friendly.
Maintenance - speedy and respond in a timely manner. I've had a few minor issues, and a work order was submitted that day.
Parking - Adequate. Good for friends who can park on the side streets for free. Always a spot available for residents.
Not too far from the Wilson Ballston-Rosslyn strip, but feels more residential than being in the 'city'.
No issues with noise, and feels very safe and cozy. Highly recommend!!
