Good points:
- The one bedroom apartment rent is $985 including all utilities (2007), which is extremely reasonable for that area.
- The apartment management is extremely courteous and welcoming. Sometimes I am surprised at how good they are to residents (never had a bad experience)
- The lawns are well-kept, safe, and quiet.
- The apartments have real hardwood floors.

Improvement areas:
- The maintenance team is too average (quick to respond but poor workmanship)
- The apartments do not have a dishwasher and microwave.
- The kitchen counter space is not adequate.
- The apartment has a window a/c. But, heat control is centralized.

If you spend too much time in your kitchen and bathroom, you may want to look elsewhere. For all others:
Nothing fancy but extremely good value for money!
