I moved here after getting booted out of Crystal City by super high rent prices... I have had zero regrets. The place is like a campus. The grounds are manicured perfectly. The building is very old but that is what makes it more like home. The maintenance on the facilities is off the chain. You could not ask for faster better service. Don't move here if you want a new place with the latest trendiness... This isn't it.. Move to Crystal City and spend twice as much and have half as good service... If you want a good honest safe place to live that is quiet, commuter friendly (grocery store cvs bus stop all walking distance) MOVE HERE...

Only two small small gripes and I understand where the leadership here is coming from though..

Parking... They use EVIL Advance Towing... BEWARE!!! Don't let anyones car visit for a minute without a visitors permit.. PREDATORY TOWING AT IT'S FINEST!!

Nasty Grams... Not a bad thing.. they have free daily trash collection ... but follow their rules or they will snitch on you and you will get a nasty gram... They pick the trash up for free so it better be neatly bagged, out no earlier then the prescribed time and no later then the prescribed time or expect to get a note. I guess my thing is I almost always take the trash to the dump site and once (or twice) i have violated the rules (ever so minor) due to crazy circumstances and gotten snitched on... Me personally I would let once or twice a year slide.. but then again thats how they keep this place so clean so they have to enforce the rules and they are fair about it...
