I absolutely love my apartment. As a young professional, I find it hard to live on my own in such a pricey area! I wasn't too keen on having a roommate only because I wanted my space after college. I have a 1bdr for $1000, all utilities included, free parking, trash picked up from my door - just about everything you could want. Yes, there is no pool or fancy lounges... but if those are so important to you, then stop looking at the 1k range and go a few $$$ higher... just a suggestion!!
The staff is incredibly friendly, maintenance is excellent and I never have any complaints about this place! I have never seen roaches, rats, or any other crawling things!
The area is perfect and you're close to just about everything. Even though you are close to major highways, you don't really feel the impact because there are no morning traffic jams.
A long story short, I love my apartment and I'm happy to call it home! I highly recommend it! ^_^

I totally agree. I love this place. It's a gem! I looked at other places in the same price range and they were ghetto. Fillmore really keeps this place nice and the staff are friendly every morning when i see them.
