I have lived at Fillmore Gardens for the last 7 years and have just recently purchased a home. Before moving, I would like to take a moment to share my experiences to future residents. If you are looking for a nice, clean and friendly environment to call your home, then this is the place.

My apartment is huge with nice hardwood floors. It is a very quiet location and I have great neighbors. I am in walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and a movie theatre. I also live near a bus line to get to any place I need to go to.

As far as maintenance and management is concerned, everyone here has been very friendly and efficient. Any issues that I have ever had, were handled in a prompt and courteous manner. Maintenance requests were always dealt with on the same day.

I like to thank all the management and their staff for all their hard work and dedication to make my stay here a pleasant one. I would highly recommend Fillmore Gardens to anyone looking for a nice affordable apartment community.
