We've lived here for several years and can't get over how peaceful and quiet it is, and yet so close to work (DC) and plenty of places around to eat, a library and post office within walking distance, cultural diversity (read: respectul of each other and no one dominating), and so on. We wish they were condos and we could just buy one and stay here. The person who says they saw a cockroach probably needs to keep their living area clean.
