Have lived here for a few years. If you are thinking of renting here, please keep in mind that this is a BUDGET place - or is positioned to be that way. The prices, though, have been increasing and are now just below market for the location. Only reason I stayed here is the price and the location. The quality of the apartments is very poor - in the winter, the places get very cold. If the weather is below 32F, it's freezing inside. You can often hear your neighbors coughing! In addition, the roach problem is absolutely disgusting. You have to be very careful to cover and hide all foods to avoid them. Have become vigilant. Finally, one of the managers of the apartments is a bit "different" and hangs around the place until late at night surveying the property (not doing any work, though). If you want to feel like big brother is watching you, then you won't mind living here. The other manager is very nice and helpful, so I guess that balances out in the end.
