Hi I lived here for over two years. As previously said in other reviews, this is not a luxury place. You won't get pool, fitness, however all utilities are included /no internet, no cable/
Don't expect too much and you'll like it.

PARKING I did not have a car for a year, so was not too bothered about parking. My roomate had to pay extra for a covered place /not a real garage/ When I got a car it was very hard to park on a street, as everyone is trying to get a spot.
NOISE: people living here are very nice. I made some friends... however many of them are now moving, as the rent is going up extremly. I never had an issue w/ noise - kids, loud neighbours, however I DID have problems w/ animals!!!! The roof needs serious reconstruction and squirrels and racoons are all over the place! - this counts for the top floor apartmnents. We were fighting this issue w/ the management for two years and nothing happened. I love animals, however am not sure if I want to handle squirrels running and scratching over your head 5 months a year at 4am 7 days a week!!!!!
GROUNDS: no bicycle parking, I was not looking for a nice appearance, as it w/in my price range, so don't expect too much and you'll like it. /if you can deal w/ the noise of animals/
SAFETY: I never had a problem w/ the safety in this area. I walked to work, so it was very convenient for me. You can get a cab to Waterfront for 10$ ($15 during weekend) which is great for young people trying to have some fun. Metro is around 13-15 minutes walking. Also Zipcars are close by w/in 10-15 minute walk.
CONSTRUCTION: I am not a construction expert.. but once again, just above our apartment there are about 7 wholes made by animals - birds, squirrels etc... roof is completely destroyed. Also if it rains, you will get leaks on the top floor
MAITENANCE: if you are consistent, they will repair basic problems. I never had a big problem, other than one time: water running and I could not turn it off. I called in the morning, but had to leave for work. At 5 pm when I returned it was still in the same condition...so I called back and then three people showed up. You will have small problems everywhere, I would say maintenance was ok/ good.
STAFF: I can't even tell you all the staff people we dealt w/ the last two years.. they were coming and going way too fast. It seems like we just got a new management, so it looks like they are taking it more responsible.. but I'm not going to wait for that...
