Great place to live, we've been here for 2 years. The area is very safe and maintenance is excellent. They do a great job with landscaping and the snow/ice always melted off sidewalks immediately. The landlord is the best I've had, always so polite and a pleasure to talk to. Overall I'd recommend this place to anyone in the courthouse area.

Sounds like a perfect apartment? The truth is it's far from it!!!If you know the landlord is ------you will understand why he is so rude and why there are so many cockroach.
