Live here, live in a Dorm

This place was probably nice when it opened, but look around. The chairs in the business center are torn and broken, the computers are down often, as are the elevators. The coffee -- free and available in other apartments -- is only available during leasing office hours. The mgmt uses temporary people as concierges at night, who are unfamiliar with the apartment and are unable to help; I guess they are just night-watchmen. The mgmt is unavailabe, and only communicate to the residents to complain about residential behavior. DEFINITELY not a welcoming, homelike atmosphere. If you're thinking of living here, look around -- where is the place residents can communicate with the office' What ARE the amenities available when there isn't anyone showing apartments' Oh yeah, you'll also pay for water for the WHOLE complex; the apartments are NOT individually metered; you get charged for the entire complex, whether you used the water or not, plus a "fee" tacked on by the middleman from the watercompany to you. THis place is a rip off, they aren't friendly or helpful after you lease, and this is NOT luxury; it is just expensive.
