I have been here about a month now, overall it is a great place to live.

The leasing process was very easy, the manager Chris was very honest and truthful and delivered on all of his promises.

To date, the leasing and conceirge staff have been helpful and very courteous.

Parking is good, lots of space and availability.

The apartment is a little smaller than some of the other, but it is MORE than adequate for my needs. Everyone in the building that I have encountered has been very nice. The complex through a beautiful Christmas and New Year Party. I was able to go to the Christmas and was extremely impressed. Open bar, catered food, and a nice orchestra.

The main thing I was concerned with was quiet, and it is exactly what I got. I never hear anything other than a closing door, or the traffic outside.

I was given a very good deal at move in, with 2 months free rent and parking. Prior to my move in, they were very accomodating about letting me place items in the apartment prior to my official move in date.

I have not used any facilities, but they seem very nice. They even have a cappuccino/expresso machine for the residents to use on the top floor!

I will update periodocially, and I realize that this site is mainly for spouting off problems, but I cannot say enough about how happy I am. I only had 3 weeks to find an apartment and cannot even say how many I looked at (like 20 or more). Overall this one impressed me the more, gave me the best deal and seemed worth the monthly rent.

Rent is about average or less many of the other buildings that I looked at, but none of the others I looked at compared with this one as far as features and amenities.
