I have only lived here a couple of weeks but so far it?s been close to perfect. I have lived in 6 different places in the last 10 years and this blows them away.







Brand new everything and no problems. MOST importantly - soundproofing is phenomenal (so far). People above me and to one side and can?t hear a thing except a random thump or two and a shower or dishwasher running. Carpet is super squishy and comfy. There is noise from the metro escalators so pick the other side if that would bug you.







PLenty of parking and access to grocery stores, etc. Neighbors are friendly. Everyone is pretty much moving in at the same time so the friendliness level is like a college dorm the first week of freshman year. Can?t tell you if it will stay the same. Work out room is cool but the machines should face the view not the wall. Security is great but a little over the top. The front desk guys are helpful.







Probably shouldn?t spout the glories or else the building will fill up but I love it.







The earlier reviewer?s neighbor must have Superman hearing. PLus one would hope that if closet space is super important to you that you would take note of it while you were looking at the apt. for the first time - before you rent it.
