this place is great

I have lived here for 4 months and have not had any problems at all. I never hear my neighbors, soundproofing is fantastic. Though there is noise from the hall if you are near the front door. Everything is brand new and full size w/d is key. Plenty of parking and right above the metro. Grocery store is 2 blocks away.
I have never had a maintenance issue. Metro sometimes does construction at night which is very annoying (and probably violates some noise ordinance). I can smell cooking on my floor but no smoke, not sure what floor the previous poster lived on. They say the building is nearing occupancy, but like 35% are corporate rentals. The wait for the elevators has gotten longer since I moved in but still is not bad at all. And I live on an upper floor.
I have lived a bunch of places in Arlington and this one blows them away.
Oh, they do allow dogs but I don?t have any on my floor (at least not that I can hear barking ever) - so think about asking about that.
I think it is so funny when people complain about free stuff like exercise equipment and computers. Get your own (e.g., buy your own paper) for pete?s sake if you don?t like the thing?s you get for free.
The management has parties/brunches every few weeks. The 19th floor common area is awesome. Free pool tables and free espresso bar.
And,yes, Ezekial is the bomb!
