Good:

- Never lived in
- Extremely convenient
- Nice view of metro
- Nice view in party room on 19th floor
- Chris (manager) & his wife are cool. Although I think he needs to train that animal that works for him.

Bad:

- Snotty @ss neighbors
- Neighobor banged on the wall when I bearly had my music up--turn down your hearing aid!
- Walls are cracked from extremly poor construction
- Water damage from shoddy construction
- Garbage chute makes lots of noise
- Lazy @ss people leave trash and boxes in garbage room..take it to the dumpster!
- I almost froze to death in the winter because the windows are worthless
- New girl who collects rent is a rude animal (if people pay big $$ in rent, the least you could do is be nice)
- Don't hear too much noise from neighbors
