I've lived here for about 8 months. Not too much to complain about. Walls are completely solid, can't hear a thing between them, but there is noise from the halls through the door.
The metro construction was unbearable but it's done now. And every now and then you get drunk screamers at night getting on the subway. I suggest you look at places that face Nelson street, they are probably much quieter.
The apartments are fairly large. Probably overpriced but I got a few months free. Free DSL. Parking is fine if you don't waste your time on P1 and go straight to P3. Elevators are slow in the a.m. Not sure who decided 3 was enough for 19 floors.
They do allow dogs - all shapes and sizes - so make sure you check if there is a large one or a barky one in the apt. next to the one you are looking at. The pool is tiny but at least there is one.
You don't need a car if you live here. You can walk or metro to everything. Plenty of hot water, etc. Full size w/d and gas cooking. I don't use the computers so I can't tell you if they suck or not. Some inconsiderate lazy ass people leave their trash in the trash rooms without putting it down the chute every so often. That's just annoying.
Ezekial, the front desk concierge, is the nicest man I have ever met in my life.
