The apartment itself is great. I really don't have any complaints about the building or its contents. However, if you like to sleep past 7 a.m. do not live in this building, or in any other building in VA Square, Ballston or Clarendon for that matter. Thanks to the massive overdevelopment of the corridor - major construction starts at - yep that's right - 7am. We are talking pile driving here folks, not just a random hammering or two.

If you get up before 7 then this building is definitely the place to live. The apartments are nice and soundproof (internally). Maybe its a bit quiter on the Nelson Street side of the building but there is one patch of green space on that I'm sure Arlington County will allow to be built on soon enough.

And like all other posters said - Ezekial is the king!
