A GREAT PLACE FOR DOGS AND NOW GREAT FOR HUMANS TOO

What a great little apartment building!
A new management company called Charles E. Smith took over about 4 months ago.
And my how things have changed! ONLY FOR THE BETTER. Maintenance is extremely quick and proficient. They even changed my lightbulb and they supplied the bulb for free!
Office Staff is extremely helpful and proves that they care about customer service.
Dave and Jay are always making sure that residents are taken care of. NICE JOB GUYS!
Jeremy is the Front Desk Supervisor and he seems to know everyone by name. Cindy at night is nice to come home to.
Now if only Charles E. Smith would stop going over the top with rents and finally finish painting the hallways, I would give this place 4 stars.
Oh yea, my dog loves Dave's snacks and puppy play time on the 19th floor. Way to go Dave
