We move in December 04 and are moving out September 05. The rent increase was far too much, the parking and utilities are not included in the price. The windows are a problem as several others have mentioned, they do not block out noise and are generally drafty and even occasionally leak. This building seems to have started out well, but they ran out of money toward the end and cut corners ont eh windws and the garbage disposal - little things but for the price everything should be perfect.

Finally, there has been construction right across the road for the entrire term of the lease and with a new site breaking ground, it doesn't look likefinishing any time soon - rent the plaza across the road instead if you really must live here - the rent increae since Charles Smith took over means they are essentially the same price these days.
