Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I have lived here for almost a year now and I have not had the water turned off yet. I can agree with some of the maintenance issues, but the staff seems to be getting better and better. I will be renewing my lease this year because I am very happy with the changes that are happening here.
