Disgusting roach infested apartments water/mold damage bad smells (cat pee) very slow elevators (if they are working at all) the water is constantly being shut off (sometimes w/o warning). Pretty much the worst living experience of my life!

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and the water has been off 2 times for repairs. If you are going to write a review, be honest.
