This is an older building, safe, requires maintenance, as any other dwelling. Occupants vary from Military Officers and NCOs, police, professionals, students etc. Always get togethers in the Penthouse. Great location, walking distance to Metro, Bus stops in front, close to COSTCO, Crystal City shops. Compared to other apartments a great deal. Roomy apartments. People complain, but residents are here for years! Says something. Bank on premise, dry cleaner and little store. Dog lover paradise. You do hear the city, for noise, but "hello" you live in city!

YOU FORGOT TO MENTION THE DRUG DEALERS THAT LIVE AT THE HAMPTON OR WERE YOU NOT THERE WHEN THE 40 MEMBER TACTICAL TEAM STORMED THE BUILDING ON 2/1/2008? Best part is, CMC (the management company) won't do anything to these tenants so if you move here, expect to be living next to Pablo Escabar & if you're lucky you might get high off the fumes
