Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
The police were here once to take out people on the 8th floor. This is a very clean, quiet and safe building. We have brand new carpeting and walpaper in the hallways and new elevators. I have never seen a bug in my apartment. The only thing this place lacks is a pool. very good value for the money
