I have lived in this area over 9 years, moved from a more pricier complex in Pentagon City, The Hamptons is still the best; cleaner, I have yet to see dog poop in stairway or halls. Great welcoming neighbors and staff. This is a well kept secret for Crystal City. No noisey neighbors, a maintenance team that works, and I can not say enough great things about the Staff. No drunks in hallway or drunk people banging on doors, clean hallways. This place is so much better and again GREAT STAFF. Monthly activities, no residents on upper floors throw trash over balconies, no trash room overflow into hallways; no profanity written on elevator walls and no arrogant staff.
