I haven't lived here very long, but I have no complaints. Beautiful apartments, plenty of parking, management is fine, laundry facilities are well-kept. I rarely hear neighbors (or see them, which I think is a little strange). A little spendy, but well worth the peace and quiet.
Rumors going around of putting in exercise facility.
