This was my first apartment. It seemed great with a spacious floor plan at first. After that wears off you realize all that is wrong with this place. Maintenance is bad. I never did get that "replacement part" for my dishwasher so my dishes were never really clean. I also got it clogged once and the maintenance guy left the clogging items like a display on my kitchen counter as if I were an idiot. I had never seen some of those items and besides it doesn't concern me. Just fix the thing and leave. The maintenance guy also let my cat out when I was at work and he was loose in the halls for hours. The cabinets in the kitchen are falling apart. It's hard to even push the drawers back in. The building needs to be renovated in a big way. There is no gym an the pool has been dry for over a year and I had not seen anyone working on it the whole time I was there. The walls are paper thin and you can here every fight your neighbor has with their partner. I could go on and on but the point is: pay more for a better place! You won't like it here unless you are ok with mediocrity and leasing agents that can't file a simple piece of paperwork in 6 months! They are just lazy and have no supervision so they do whatever they feel like doing on a particular day.
