If you like roaches (LOTS of them) and dirty neighbors who smokes in the building during the winter then you'll love this place. The management takes about 3 months to complete any paperwork. The maintenance is okay if you keep calling and bugging them to fix things. During the summer - SUCKS! If you like not having Air conditioning work all the time - then this is the place to be. They keep saying they will fix the A/C but during the hottest days of the year - somehow the A/C mysteriously goes out.
