I was surprised by the bad reviews of this apartment building. I have lived here for three years and have really enjoyed it. The price can't be beat in Arlington, and I like the fact that it's an older apartment building and not one of those ultra-expensive new ones that they keep building throughout Arlington. It's a very close walk to fun bars and the metro. As for the complaints about slow maintenance, we never experienced that. We have always had prompt service from the apartment managers. We have always been impressed by how quickly they have addressed any of our problems or concerns.

This is a great apartment find for recent college grads wanting to live in Arlington, but who can't afford the price of those other expensive places. I have really enjoyed living here.
