I just called 703-528-8736 to inquire about availabilities at this place and whoever answers the phone (female) is very unaccomodating and RUDE. First of, she answers the phone with an impatient "hello!" and you are left wondering whether you dialed the right number, whether this is a residential house or what. Then she asked me, 'what do you need'' what kind of customer service is this'
If I had to deal with a person like her in a regular basis, I'd rather live somewhere else.

Management should fire this person who obviously does not like her job!

Apparently, the woman is still there. I called and she sounds very intimidating and her being unpleasant over the phone isn't helping her business. I lost interest in an apartment there just because I didn't want to have to deal with a person/landlord like that. Awful customer service. What's her problem????

Yes, THE WOMAN and THE MAN are still there. Landlords/Res. Managers are what they are. I've been a renter for years and have NEVER gotten the warm and fuzzies from anybody I've rented from - Weichert Property Management being the WORST. These too are slightly socially retarded, however I can deal. I'm sure they deal with their fair share of total losers. Truth be told, I work with far ruder people. That said, I've never had any problems with them and they've always been swift in responding to my requests. If white glove service is what you require, I suggest you move over to Clarendon, pay 3 times the amount in rent and live large.

I had the same response from this lady. I called to ask for availability, she promptly said no, and then hung up!! Do any of you know an email address of this property?
