Great Place, Check out the Discounts

I'm very lucky to be able to live in an apartment as nice as this. Prices at The Lenox Club are a bit steep, but they're comparable to other buildings in the area. But what sets The Lenox Club apart are its not-very-publicized discounts for various types of people - "low-income" workers, military families, etc. This is a great chance to get a first-class apartment at a great price.
I've always found the maintenance folks to be incredibly helpful, often doing more than I asked. For example, I once asked them to remove the aerator, which was stuck, from my kitchen sink so I could install a water filter. When I got home from work, I found that the maintenance guy had installed the filter for me!
Management and the doormen are not as great as the maintenance people. I sometimes have to ask them two or three times before I can get a useful answer to a question.
The common areas are incredibly clean, and the apartments are very nice. I've had no noise problems and no security problems.
The location leaves nothing to be desired. Though this is definitely a suburban area, within walking distance are: Three metro stops, two shopping malls, a grocery store, and many restaurants. There's plenty of parking. It's right by the freeway. And the roof offers a great view of downtown Washington.
I highly recommend this place, especially if you can somehow get a reduced price!
