Im looking for a new lease and will not renew.
The management has changed for the worse.
I think the Manager and New Assistant Manager is having an affair.
The Assistant manager used to be a leasing consultant so I know she has no experience as an Assistant Manager and it shows.
There was a ----- leasing manager that is no longer with the building and he was great! Professional, Courtious, and firm.
He knew the business.
The Manager has no customer service experience and thinks he is safe to be an azz because hes friends with the Regional Manager.
--------------! Basically Go to The Bennington! Its worth it.

I do believe the 'leasing manager' was a scam artist and was fired for a good reason. This is obivously a former employee who doesn't the fact that they are a complete loser. Apartmentratings should remove this comment as it holds no relevence.

I agree, that leasing guy was a complete d-bag. He was like a used car salesman, the new management has made a lot of good changes, and getting rid of him was probably the best.

This really frightened me before I moved in two weeks ago, however, I compared the ratings in the same zip code and the overall rating was still very high - so, I moved in anyway. I think so far that this is absolutely not true! This is home for me and I will be here for a very long time. I have submitted 11 complains and each has been taken care of within a few minutes to a few hours. The security crew is perfect working 24h/7 because I come home for lunch but work till late most days. The management team is so professional and I absolutely do not know what this comment is coming from - My best guess is that it has nothing to do with objectivity or management issues but strictly personal issues which have no place here.
