I lived in Library Courts for two years and overall had a positive experience. While the apartments are advertised as 3 br, they actually only have one legal bedroom. I lived in the "breakfast nook", and another roomamte lived in the den. These rooms didn't have windows and were small and stuffy. It was small for 3 people, but worth is because it was a lot less expensive than other places in the area. The management was mediocre at best. They only maintain office hours from 9-5 Monday through Friday, and even during those hours they often didn't pick up the phone or were not around. Another downside is that they would not sign for packages, so if you has something that needed to be signed for you would have to go down to the UPS facility and pick it up yourself if you worked during the day. We had some problems with hot water as well. We went an entire week taking cold showers, and for about a month after that it would be hot and cold sparatically. Even after it was "fixed" the water still doesn't get very hot. The parking garage doors were broken a lot too, letting anyone come and go from the garage/ building. So besides the cheap rent, there was a lot to be disired.
