Unreasonable Management

My biggest complaint seems to be everyone else's on here. I have just moved in, despite reading the reviews because the apartments are quite nice. I figured what could the big deal about the managment be' Well for starters, the application fee and "move in" fee are somewhat outragous. Secondly, they just seem to make up policies from thin air in order to raise the rent. God forbid one of your roommates moves out and you do all the leg work to find a replacement - apparently this makes the whole apartment a brand new rental, and they can raise the rent - not even the regular 2% as if it was a renewal, but far more than that. Any attempts at negotiating are met with the fact that there is a waiting list, so if you don't like it, move out. I highly reccommend looking elsewhere- somewhere where current residents are treated like people and not just a money making comodity.
