I lived in Library Courts for two years. The only reason I moved was because I got engaged and bought a house! I lived in the cheap apartment special ... the "3 bedroom." I was lucky enough to live in the room with the closet, bathroom and window. Rent was very reasonable. I loved the location and the side streets were never busy and my guests could usually always find parking. The monthly parking fee was the best I've heard of. The building is very clean, never saw any pests or rodents. Maintenance was great whenever there was a problem. I also enjoyed that the elevators were fast, so if you were in a hurry you could be out or in the apartment in less than a minute! Having utilities included in the rent saved money and avoided the roommate fights of who leaves lights on or who doesn't want to pay for heat or A/C! Which all worked very well. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
