This place is horrible, mostly because the management is totally incompetent. It's a brand new building with every kind of construction problem you can imagine. In-unit sprinklers constantly leak, thermostats never work and end up having to be replaced, the building's a year behind schedule, there are mice, the fire marshall is literally here every week and has threatened to shut the building down - and all of this in what is supposed to be a luxury building at luxury prices. Run, don't walk to another building. Management is never around and could care less if you're happy here or not. They can't even get something simple right like keeping track of parking spaces. People are constantly getting towed! Noise here is crazy - you can hear people talking down the hall and even hear doorbells floor to floor. The floors aren't properly cushioned so if you have someone above you you're going to be miserable.

new buildings have problems too. My parent's new ranch house was contantly modded to hell and back. redid the foundation 3 times. and the water hookups were wrong. they paid 100 thou for it. 4 bed 2 bath. Not every new building is perfect. so don't assume a brand new building won't give you problems.

All these things got worked out. Just like a brand new car, you have to drive it awhile before it's just how you want it. This review sounds alittle too over-the-top to someone who lives in the same building....and likes it.
