Parking Cost/Thin Walls & Floors/Intercom Entry System

Overcharging for parking in garage is
outrages. Other Smith Apartments on charge $25 to park.

Thin Walls and Floors - You can hear your neighbors walking, talking, and banging all night

Intercom entry system at lobby door is still not working. I have been renting at the Lofts since April 2005 and management has still not fixed this problem.
