Management....never saw them, usually had to deal with the front desk or a customer service person. Upon moving in, I was excited about the brand new building. I experienced mice from the new construction. Was not concerned too much about the noise until I was able to hear the resident underneath me talking!!!The ceilings are about 9-10ft!!! When the resident above me moved in, all I could hear was talking and every single footstep.
I did not feel secure in the building because the front desk let anyone in the front door and allowed them access to the apartments without calling up to the apartment first. There is an entry system at the front door and it has NEVER WORKED! One time I was not expecting a visitor and they came straight to my apt. without knowledge of which apartment I was in. My guest had told me that they told the front desk person my first name and automatically the employee gave out my apartment number and last name and said it was okay to go up!!
I do know that I will not renew my lease at this building. It has left a bad taste in my mouth.

The friendliest staff that worked there left a few months after I moved in. The only people who wish to speak to you are the cleaners.

Good Luck if you decide to move in and hopefully the situation improves.

Just disappointed in the Management company. The other properties are really nice and it makes you wonder where they dropped the ball.
