When I first moved in, the Lofts felt like a palace compared to Crystal Towers, where I lived prior. I only have a couple complaints. First, the fire alarms are the most sensitive alarms I've ever experienced. If you don't turn on the vent fan above the stove, the alarm will go off if you simply boil water! Second, live on the top floor if you can. If you have neighbors directly above you, you will be able to hear every step they take. I feel somewhat deceived by this. Upon signing my lease, I asked the lease manager if you could hear people above you and she assured me that you could not. For the first couple weeks I believed her . . . until someone moved in above me! Aside from that, I love the apartment. The location is perfect. The kitchen is great and I love the closet space.
