After living here for a little more than 2 years I am not renewing my lease. Aside from the $300 increase they forked over and assumed I would just pay. I can't take the noise anymore! The person above me stomps so hard stuff falls off of my walls and the apartment vibrates constantly. The last poster is correct in regards to the staff. They could care less. Maintenance has yet to fix anything in my apartment no matter how small the task. I'm over it. Just don't move here unless you have and IV drip of Tylenol on hand. In addition to the noise the building is filthy and disgusting. I have never been so happy to move out of a place in my life.
