London/Normandy House Management no good!

Both Managed by some group. Nice building, great location, but the management is running it into the dumps! I've been there 3 years and now looking to get out. The management causes more headaches than they remedy. Said they were going to replace the windows over a year ago to reduce the noise... Still waiting.
