My wife and I were shocked that things were picking up over the past few months with the addition of a new asst. manager ----- she was actually AVAILABLE, seemed to care about issues in the buildings, and people actually wanted to deal with her (even if it meant we had to walk over to ----- see her!)

Now that ----- is no longer in charge of the building, its back to the way it was. The people that residents have the most problems with are somehow still here while the really good people (asst. manager, front desk people) have left. I just dont get it. We've already decided not to renew our lease.

TO ALL POTENTIAL RESIDENTS: Be careful- the new manager is still too new to read, but the majority of the staff that remained when ----- left personify why ------ to come in clean things up in the first place. You just don't get the feeling that management is accessible (or care about your needs) For some absurd reason, you CANNOT call the office directly. You HAVE to be transferred by front desk folks (who often aren't there.) One former building employee confided to my wife that the Asst. Manager in NH regularly told her to tell all callers/visitors that she wasn't in (no, she wasn't in meetings or anything, she just didn't want to bother)

In conclusion- good location, decent prices, but management just isn't doing it. Hopefully things will change (they did for a few months), but it seems to be going back to the way it was. I hope someone will post here and let me know how it all ends up.
