This complex has a great location - right off both 66 and the GW Parkway. The buildings are old but were completely refurbished in 2001 and they now have almost everything you could ask for - large space, air conditioning and walls so think I couldn't even hear my neighbors throwing a party. The only two downsides are parking (tough to get close but it's certainly managable) and limited package pickup hours. Don't forget to live on the back side of the complex - Lee highway gets a lot of traffic. You can't beat the charm and quality for the price in Arlington!
